I have ordered a mobile phone Redmi 3S prime vide order no.OD[protected] under the big billion day sale but to my surprise when I received the order the phone delivered was different model from the same brand and priced lesser than the one ordered although the invoice sent with the order mentions the product price I have ordered. Upon checking the IMEI no’s provided on the invoice and phone also don’t match(bill enclosed)
I tried reaching the customer care for resolution of the issue but as usual all the executives were busy and the call got disconnected.
I managed to spoke to the customer care representative and he took my complaint vide no.[protected] and assured me that they will send me an email within 24 hrs providing me the date and time for pickup of the wrong product and delivery of the right product but when I spoke to the customer care executive again he said he cannot take the replacement request and cannot guarantee the delivery of the right product and the statement kept changing I spoke to different individuals in the customer care team including the senior Mr.Vinod.
What was shocking that even after understanding that there is a goo[censored]p from Flipkart in delivering the wrong product there was no satisfactory resolution available with any of the executives apart from saying that you will get your refund back.
My simple request is please deliver me the right product which I have ordered as I don’t want a refund of the amount.
