I ordered my HP Pavilion from Flipkart this March`15 –order no OD[protected]. I was facing some problem regarding the screen and keypad so contacted HP service station to have a look. To claim under warranty, when the service team checked the serial number on invoice and on laptop it was different. I immediately called Flipkart and asked them to resolve the issue. Till now, I have called their office 6 times and all I get to hear is the matter is escalated and they will get back asap. Their timing is revised to next 24 hours every time I call them. Pathetic service
First, I should not face such a problem – and if I do then Flipkart should address it. The additional warranty is also of no use if they can`t provide me the correct invoice.
