[Resolved]  Flipkart — wrong product sent, complaint raised but didn't took any action

I have ordered redmi note 7 on 29th april 2019, order delivered on 30th april 2019
But when i unboxed it there was a basic nokia mobile inside the redmi box.
I complained to flipkart, but they didn't take any responsibility, when i tried to contact them they are disconnected my calls.
One of the back end team employee of flipkart called me and and he talking nonsense and recklessly behavior on me.
They told me issues was resolved 24to 48 hrs, since 5days.
Very irresponsible on customers
Strongly recommend to not buy any product from flipkart.

today morning 9:37AM i got an update from flipkart says "Sorry, the seller will not be able to fulfil your return request for the item. In case you need any product related assistance, please contact the brand."

around 12:30PM, in the mail says "“We'd like to let you know that your recent order (OD[protected] has been cancelled as our systems have detected an unusually high number of returns in your purchase history. This would also mean that you will no longer be able to login to your Flipkart account."

this is flipkart magic, how cheap they are behaving to me on the issue, they are not even looking for the issue but they are going to manipulate the entire product says cancelling the order id and they are going to closing my flipkart account, now i'm unable to login my account to check the update .

well done flipkart, great job to do nothing and simply closing my account to skip the issue without giving proper reason.
