I had placed the order of flipkart order - od[protected] mi a1 phone on 7th december 2017 from flipkart and i had received the phone on 15th december 2017 after i received the phone from 1st day onwards my phone was not working properly there is defect in the phone. Then i had inform to the flipkart regarding the issue in my phone they gave me the solution to reset the phone and i have done the same.
Even after reseting my phone i am facing same problem in my phone that my phone is not working properly.
Then i again inform regarding the issue of my phone they told that our technician will visit your home in 2-3 days to solve the problem of your phone. On 25th december 2017 technician hasan shah visited my home he saw my phone and told that i will approve your replacement issue. Then on 25th december 2017 at evening i checked my order status and the status was that replacement is rejected, then i call your customer care they told me our concerned team will call you on 28 december 2017 and they also told me that we can't approve your replacement of phone because the technician has report to our team that he don't see any problem in the phone and i am still facing the problem in my phone and your concerned team also told that we can't able to approve your replacement of phone because the technician told that there not issue in phone.
According to your policy if the phone is not working properly and there is defect in the phone then you will give the replacement of the phone in 10 days and i still facing the same problem in my phone it is defective piece. Was this information helpful? |
