I ordered for a xolo era mobile and i received it on 06th september in exchange of my mobile samsung j2 (Omnitech retail). As i switched it on, the mobile was hanged.in an hour almost 5 times, my mobile got hanged. I restarted, robooted, restored factory settings, uninstalled the basic apps such as wa and imo, and then restarted it again. And again it was like that.
I raised for a return request. So technician came and checked. He analysed the product and said, yes it is defective.
Now, flipkart says, only replacement is possible. I do not want a replacement. I need a refund and also my mobile which i exchanged for.
Or credit all the refund in flipkart money itself, so that i can order for an other mobile.
Customer service is very bad in flipkart. On december 06th, when i spoke to flipkart executive, he said, for same day return, refund is possible.
