I ordered a product of rs 1049 from your company (Flippydeals.com) and i received the order today 26th august as i read it before ordering the offer contain the following items 1 samsung power bank, 1 samsung bluetooth and 1 samsung 128 gb sd card but when i received my order i got a power bank but it was not of the company samsung and there was a sd card but it was also not of samsung and there was not a bluetooth device found instead there was a ear phone present and i never knew of which company it is. I want to return the product please tell me procedure to get my money back

Power bank is garbage and bluetooth is hand-operated and it is a duplicate of memoriam card

I recive head phone instead of bluetooth, and reciveing 64mb sd card instead of 128gb card and also recive 25000 mah powerbank also not working, so please change my product or refund my money otherwise i go to consumer form.
