Updated by Rejina Ariff They also say they will send complimentary pillows for the delay but they don't send any. Cheating and fraud company. Don't waste money by buying food mattress. They will make you mentally depressed. Waste of time and money

Updated by Rejina Ariff When I posted this online consumer complaint against flo mattress they came for a final settlement. They told us to wait for for one week they will send money but now one month gone they fraudly told that they already sent it. Always cheating flow mattress. Now we got back pain from using this waste ful flo mattress. When we use this flow mattress we got urinary infections also. So sad and now become when I think about this flo mattress. And it's customer care make me mentally stress and depressed. I submit this complaint for saving other people from this flo mattress trap

Updated by Rejina Ariff I think flo mattress and Sunday mattress are same. They sell one product with two name. Any way I want to kill flo mattress ### for cheating me. Product and CUSTOMER CARE also very bad for flo mattress.
