I ordered 2 mattresses of size 72x35x6 on 13th October, received wrong sized mattress, got it returned. Again ordered the mattress but got it returned while it was in-transit as again the mattress sizes i was receiving was wrong (75x35x6). I have purchased Flo Mattress on 6th June and i did not recieve the mattress which i have requested. And i have requested for replacement on the same day but they are not replacing the product. I even asked for the refund they are not even making a pickup.

Pathetic service provided by Flo Mattress. I placed the order for 2 mattresses on 5th May and today I got message for dispatch of 1 mattress out of 2. Nobody pick ups the call when we try to reach customer care. If they cannot provide proper service why they take the order and money. I tried to cancel the order also but no luck.

I have bought Flo matters on 20 may 2022 and i got my order after 10 to 15 days. My reg mobile number is [protected]. After using 10 to 20 days . I released back pain issue than. I had complained with flo customer care, they said after 15 days we will arrange shipment for pick your order and now is 23 july 2 months they are not giving any response, i had call to customer care lot os times thay say within 2 days bluedart team will collect your order. And my problem is aslo that they have waste our lot os time. Flo matters give 100 days free trial. If anyone is not comfortable with flo matters then they can change it . I purchased flo mattress and ordered refund within a week of receiving it. The team picked it up and took 1 MONTH TO RETURN it to the Mumbai facility from Chandigarh!!! Then, I kept chasing them for refund for another 1 month and did not get any refund on it!!! I keep asking them to share the proof of refund being initiated by them and they feed me the same ### that they have escalated it and they are working on it. They are a bunch of vultures living on the hard earned money of CUSTOMER. To top that, I had paid from my CREDit card and am being charged interest on the EMIs that I made. I even told them the same and these ### wont take it seriously. I still am waiting for my refund!!!

I raised a return request for my flo mattress under 100 nights rule. It states we can return it with full refund if not happy. Return pickup date was 23/10/2020. Its been more than 10 days they are not replying to my emails and not even taking any step to return pickup the mattress and provide the refund....

I have placed my order on 8th Aug 2020, and got a confirmation mail saying order will be delivered in 4 to 6 weeks. On 6th week, got a call saying my order is ready and please be available at home.i.e on 10th Sep 20. I have waited a week and called customer care, I was advised to wait 48 hours. After calling and checking about this unexpected event, they mentioned my previous order is struck with dispatch guys, they missed in dispatching and raised another order and promised this time it will reach soon. I see the same status even after a week. planning to cancel if they say we are unable to deliver mattress and refund my amount

I placed an order (11557) on 21st december 2019 and order has not yet been delivered. Called service center many times and they don’t have any clue where the order is. Pathetic service and useless service center. They promised to deliver in 14 days but its more than that. This is very frustrating that we actually don’t know the status of our order. Whenever we call service center they say that we can send the uncompressed one as that is available but not the one we order. Illiterate center, say us to cancel the order if you want to. Is this the way to treat the customer after taking there money and providing zero service.

Order no. 9284. I have been trying to return the 8 inch ergo mattress since more than a month now!!! Horrible service. Firstly you guys do not pick up the call and secondly all i am hearing are lame excuses that fedex cannot pick up the mattress because i live on the 14th floor. Ridiculous. No action has been taken and all claims of your 100 nights trial is fake. Please do not do false advertising. I just want my money refunded and the mattress taken back.

I ordered two mattress with eight inches both. But they delivered one with eight inches and other only six inches. They don't delivered in time also. They take five months delay. We lost five thousand for second mattress with two inches difference. When asking them they don't give any response. I want my cash back or exchange. My order number is 7297 and 7297b....

Placed my order on october 7 and today it is november 14 (More than a month) still i haven't received my order and in between they gave some fedex track id and made me wait for one week without even delivering the product to fedex (Literally making customers fool). And now these guys are saying it will be delivered shortly but not able to say when it will be delivered.
Am not sure how these guys are getting good reviews, i think might be completely fake reviews.

Can't agree more!!! I placed an order on 29th july and i called and cancelled it today as there has been absolutely no response from them while the money was already deducted.
Order # 5917.
I received an order confirmation on 30th july saying it will be delivered within 7 to 14 days.
Well i received another email on 8th aug saying it will take another 5-7 days and if i want to cancel it i can. But after having already waited i sent them and email i can wait for another week. But they didn't send me any confirmation. Today is 26th august already almost a month and after 3 more emails and 2 phone call i got an email saying my order has been cancelled as per my request.
Funny thing is my emi is going to be deducted as the amount was already paid to them. So i will be waiting for my money to be credited.
You guys have good reviews and marketing - but service is pathetic!!!
