I had purchased a Ortho mattress size 72x35x6 on 6th june 2026. It was a prepaid order and I had paid 6600.34 using the online payment method. Today is 18th June but still my order was not delivered. Even after multiple escalations I just got same reply it will be delivered within 5 working days. And when I last escalated it on 16th they assured me that within 24-48 hrs my order will be delivered, but it did not happen. And when I called them on 18th to check the status, they had the same reply we are looking into it and you will get your order in 5 working days. When I asked them where my order is stuck? what the delivery partner is replying? did you guys connect with the delivery partner? They had no reply to give.
After frustration, I asked them to cancel my order and initiate the refund. Thats where their actual scam was disclosed. They said it will take 72 hrs to cancel your order and post that it will take additional 3 workings days to refund you payment.
Seriously? does it takes 72 hrs to cancel the order?
