# Complaint Regarding Delayed Refund for Returned Mattress
# Introduction
In February 2025, my wife and I were searching for a new mattress. We came across an advertisement for Flo Mattress on Facebook, which highlighted their products' features, 100-day warranty, and attractive offers. We placed an order on March 6, 2025, for a mattress, opting for cash on delivery (COD) with a total cost of approximately ₹14, 500, including courier charges.
# Delivery and Return
The mattress was delivered on March 14, 2025. However, upon inspection, we found that it did not match the size of our bed. We did not open the packaging and immediately initiated a return request on the same day. The return was scheduled for pickup by Delhivery on March 21, 2025, and the mattress was collected unopened and in its original packaging.
# Refund Issue
The issue began when the returned mattress was delivered to Flo Mattress's godown in Mumbai. Despite tracking the return, I have not received my refund since March 27, 2025. Every time I follow up with Flo Mattress, I am told that the refund will be processed within three days, but this has not happened.
# Request for Assistance
I am frustrated with the delay in receiving my refund for the returned, unopened mattress. I kindly request that you assist me in resolving this issue and facilitate the refund process as soon as possible.
