I have ordered two mattresses from flo mattress and then returned them immediately as they were not comfortable. Even after one month of returning the product i am not able to get the refund. I talked to the companies customer support team they told that we have received the product and your refund is initiated but after that also i haven’t received the amount, then i also mailed them twice every time they are telling that you will receive the amount within 4-5 days but I haven’t received it yet after 15 days of getting the mail.
