This refers to the talk had with the representative regarding my order which was not received on mother's day. I have been calling practically everyday since that day but every time the phone is just ringing or switched off. I called another morning and the person told me to drop in a mail which i have done two times but no response at all from their side. He even told me he would get back but doesn't. Is this the kind of customer service one gives? Swindle the money and keep quiet! It makes me feel that their site is fake... Just making free money at customer's cost.

I was told that the bouquet was delivered the same day but my relatives have told me that till date they have not received it. It was so embarrassing for me when my mother in law told me that she hasn't received anything. It gave her an impression that i was lying. How will you repay me for this?

I have asked them to credit me my money back but they claim that the delivery is done. However when i ask for proof in form of a receipt of acknowledgement, they have nothing to say to that.

Then they agreed to return my money, but there has been no step taken towards that so far, inspite of repeated calls, most of which are unanswered!!!

I have no option but to take them to task and complain to consumer forum so that no other customer gets fooled by them. I have given a bad review on their site for people to see and act accordingly.

The no.[protected] on your customer care site is also fake.
