Thanks Sumit for the response. I have tried repeatedly contacting them. The gentleman by name Amit tells that he will get back but has not got back. I have posted the complaint several times in their feedback facility in the site. Absolutely no response. I have send SMS to their owner in UK whose number they gave me initially seeking his/her emai so that I could write about my experience to the owner. No response for that also. I am not finding a way to escalate the complaint within the company as all the calls go to their call centre assopciate, who does not respond.
Do you have any contact number of theirs through which I can escalate the complaint?

Talk to there team head.He is very cooperative because I done almost more than 25 to 30 order but I never got any complaint or anything. they supported us very well. Even I tried rediff shopping service they never delivered my product and not refund the money but florapassionindia is just like family to us.Nowdays we dont call them. flower delivery India — non delivery of bouquet and no refund
I had placed an order for bouquet to be delivered on 22nd November. However no bouquet was received on that date as promised and refund is also not given inspite of several phones and emails. The amount entitled for refund is Rs. 3930/- I ordered a bouquet from florapassionindia.com and requested it to be delivered on Valentines day. Promptly on Valentines day they updated their website to say the order was delivered. They never delivered the order and didn't contact me. Hence I was forced to file a PayPal claim against them. After which one of their staff members by the name of Amit told me they cannot offer me a refund but will deliver the order 4 days later. I told him there is no point delivering the order after the occasion had passed. Despite my request he went ahead and delivered the order simply so he couldn't get the funds reversed. Highly unethical way to do business.

I had ordered a flower bouquet for my friend on her birthday from Flora Passion India. They delivered it at her doorstep on right time. I always order something from this site for my friends and family member. I also recommend this site to others also. I am surprised by reading all this comments. Because I have never found any delivery issues from this site not even my friends. There might be some technical issue. Please try to contact them again. They will definitely solve your problem.

Even I ordered cake and flower through flora passion India website and got cheated.
There is no response for the e-mail which I sent, twice I spoke to Amit regards to the issue.
Even I spoke to Amit to refund the money but I am not satisfied with his reply.
Simply writing on this complaint forum doesn't give you any solution. What I would suggest you all to do is directly go to near by consumer court and file a case against flora passion India with proof or evidence so that we can legally take down this flora passion India and get our money refund.
