These people are very wired. There services are hell. They charges like anything but in return they embarrass their customer.
On 20th i ordered a cake of rs 649, delivery date was 21st but next day they charges 100 rs extra for delivery, i submitted that also.
But when they delivered cake that was totally spoiled.

This refers to the talk had with the representative regarding my order which was not received on mother's day. I have been calling practically everyday since that day but every time the phone is just ringing or switched off. I called another morning and the person told me to drop in a mail which i have done two times but no response at all from their side. He even told me he would get back but doesn't. I have ordered fruit cake from flora, they delivered old melted cake. And when i call their customer care they asked me to drop mail. I wrote mail along with picture. But i have not received any reply from them. Even their customer care is worst. They never pick up my phone call.
