I orderred a cake yesterday to gift my wife for valentine's day, it costs rs.999, my order number is 4275309, they committed to deliver before 9 pm. I received an email at 10.36 pm saying that the order has been delivered but it is not delivered actually.
I tried reaching them via their chat support, it just kept me in queue for longer hours but not connecting to the support executive.
I tried reaching them on +91 [protected] number that was mentioned in their website, only the automated voice keep playing but nobody is speaking on the line.
I sent an email to [protected]@floweraura.com, i just received below a message,
"thank you for writing to us.
As we are experiencing unusual rush due to valentines day, our specialist will be reviewing your request and will send you a personal response within 24-48 business hours.
Rest be assured, we will resolve the concern to your satisfaction against your ticket (242540).
You can reply over the same email in case you need some additional information"
