There has been no delivery attempt, and I have not received any communication regarding the delay. I would appreciate it if you could look into this matter urgently and provide an update on the status of my order and provide me with resolution

    Pathetic Service Wrong Cake Delivered & Worst Quality

    I ordered a Truffle Cake, but I received a cheap Chocolate Cream Cake, completely different from what I paid for. To make things worse, the cake was in horrible condition, and the taste was outright stale and disgusting.

    I had placed an order a rakhi hamper through floweraura.com on 10th Aug which was supposed to be delivered on 19th Aug but till today on 26th Aug, there is no whereabout of the parcel. There is no update on the website as well, it's still showing in transit.
    I have called 4-5 times at floweraura customer care but everytime they give a different answer-logistics issue, parcel is in Australia, Parcel is still in India in the warehouse due to shifting etc. etc.
    Noone has the correct communication. I even asked each one of them to connect me with a senior person to understand the matter and if it's not possible simply refund my amount. But I didn't get any call.
    It's pathetic to chase them to know the status of my parcel.

          I had ordered a rakhi online through Floweraura to be delivered to my brother in the USA. Without attempting or delivering the rakhi, the order has been marked as completed by their team. After raising a complaint, they are claiming they had tried to deliver but could not locate the address, which is a lame excuse.

            Service of Floweraura sucks. I have placed two orders 6514339 & 6514246 for rakhi delivery at Gurgaon(local to Floweraura) and Ananad. These were expected to happen on 8th Aug & 10Aug. However, even after continuous followup with the senior team leads I was given false assurances and lame excuses. None of the rakhis reached on time. Floweraura is very unprofessional in their approach and gives false information to customer to close the call. Every time you call a new person will pick the call and again the same circle of false assurances and excuses.

            I will not recommend anybody to use Floweraura service to anybody.

              I had taken a box order of a cake and a magical candle, in the instruction it was clearly mentioned that the cake should not contain cream because there is an allergy to the cream. But these people still gave the cream in the cake. When i saw online pic of the cake there was no cream. The magical candles was also wrong.those are normal candle in the packets of magical candles. When i try to contact with customer service.No body is responding properly. They were making me fool by giving me certain type of excuses. So please do the need full against this site.

                      I trusted floweraura and ordered for a speacial anniversary cake, they have ruined my surprise.. the cake which I have ordered is not the same as I was expecting the quality was bad, moreover the message card was not delivered, from name sender name was mentioned on the cake. It was somebody's else anniversary and they have mentioned sender name on top of the cake.

                      The delivery guy was completely in a very bad condition carrying the cake in a cement gunny bag. The person who is receiving the order would have felt so uncomfortable to receive the order. The cake was given in a normal bakery cartoon box not an box of flower aura with hygine.

                      Seriously pathetic service they have.
                      My money is wasted to the core .
                      The amt what I have paid is not worth for the service and cake they provided.

                      Message on the cake is completely wrong, it is somebody's else surprise and anniversary and they have mentioned a wrong name on the cake. Seriously pathetic never expected so low and bad quality from floweraura. This is not their standards .

                      Bcoz of flower aura brand they charged 1249 for the cake but it's not worthy at all . they take orders and give there to a local vendors and make cheap low quality cake and deliver.

                      I have also raised a issue and complaint to their service team but there is no proper response.

                        I placed order on 10th august, it was mentioned that the rakhi+gift will be delivered by 13th, but when i started tracking it around 18th. they simply told they have some logistics issue, and they cud never give me a date when it can be delivered, till now.

                            I ordered rakhi and roses for rakhi for bagalore location. Order number : 5662277..In the morning roses have been delivered, but not the rakhi. The very unprofessional (I don't know who train them this tactics) deliverynam told he "forgot" to get the rakhi and will come back to give that and he never did and marked "delivered". I need rakhi or refund.

They have no solution but lame excuses. They will not refund money and not deliver product as well. False commitment, false delivery date.

                                    They said that they will delivery within a day
                                    But they couldn’t as they said and didn’t even updated until I have not contacted them..
                                    Then they said they will deliver by 17th...
                                    But they did the same ...
                                    Then they asked if I want to cancel the order, I made it very clear to cancel it ...
                                    But they didn’t canceled, they don’t give the option to cancel by self ...
                                    they didn’t even updated me that my order was still on hold ..
                                    I followed them for my refund after 17days, they said that it is in hold and if I want they will delivery it with 2 days...
                                    They actually have weak management and they do not respond to customer...
                                    I had to wait for there response on chat as I wasn’t able to contact them over call ...
                                    They are really very frustrating and pathetic service provider...

                                      On especially on 14 February 2021, I paid extraw ₹1597/- and the package has not delivered yet.. I ordered
                                      6 INCH TEDDY
                                      500gm cake
                                      And bouquet of roses.
                                      I beg so many times to the delivery boy([protected]) please deliver the order but he did not took his job seriously and talk to the client it in abusive manner.
                                      And he is saying that I am not able to deliver this parcel today on 14th February 2021, I am very busy, and I will deliver this package on 15th February 2021.
                                      But today on 15th February 2021 still at the 7:30 p.m. the package has not delivered yet.
                                      On 15 February today he is saying that I am only delivered to you the cake that's it (lena hai to Lo Varna Rahane do) means We take this order we have not any other option..such a rude manner( a kind of compulsion).
                                      Also on 14 Feb 2021 from the side of floweraura customer care girl (Deepti or Yipti [protected])called me and give the Assurance that she will anyhow deliver the package on 15th February 2021 at the time between 1 p.m. to 3 p.m.
                                      But still this time today 15 February 2021, I am not get my package and the delivery boy and customer care girl both are not receive my phone call.

                                      I was also tried on the number ([protected]) which is not connected by side of floweraura customer care service.

                                      When I am tracking my order ID, what I saw! that my package has delivered but actually this is totally a kind of scam.
                                      Please some one take this seriously and give my Refund back.
                                      Beacuse this time the floweraura service have no sence to me.
                                      Floweraura ruin my time and money and Trust regarding the service.
                                      Sorry to say but floweraura trust on stake by this complaint regarding services.

                                        Order delivered at 18:00 that too partially, only the cake bouquet is missing.

                                        Their customer care is not at all responding, they are not replying to emails.

                                          I want to know just 3 things about my

                                          1. Why your delivery boy bought item from a roadbrand nukkad shop just near the receiver's address and put it in a local polythene and delivered it?
                                          2. If you don't have any product and you are buying items from roadbrand nukkad shops in 40-50 Rs. then why are you charging so much high price?
                                          3. I had ordered that product for someone as diwali gift but your product and delivery service cause alot of embarrassment and insult to me and huge disappointment to the receiver as well, then in this situation how would you compensate me for this blunder insult and embarrassment?

                                                I ordered on 21st and expected date of delivery was 27th of same month.
                                                When I contacted them on 27 then I was surprised to know that order has not been dispatched yet!!!

                                                I sent them multiple email and called multiple time then at night I got an email on 27th and said that order has been processed. And

                                                Now on order details page expected delivery date was 31st July 20..

                                                But this not end up here.. Again I contacted them on 29th to check order status, , , , and again surprised to know that still order has

                                                not been dispatched and processed..
                                                Then why they said that order has been processed in their previous email..

                                                Today is 31st July 20 and order status has note been updated, it seems that they didn't ship the product yet.

                                                Yesterday they asked me to choose another product and placed new order, and I found those are very very costly and highly priced..

                                                  I had requested in order to deliver atleast 9.00 am on 14th february. I agreed that the valentine week is going on. And they have done delivery on 15th february. They were mention the delivery time from 9.00 am to 21.00 hrs. Had also requested their online chat executive to do it early. But no use.

                                                  How its look that the cake delivery received after their special day. I have order in 13th feb night.

                                                    I orderred a cake yesterday to gift my wife for valentine's day, it costs rs.999, my order number is 4275309, they committed to deliver before 9 pm. I received an email at 10.36 pm saying that the order has been delivered but it is not delivered actually.

                                                    I tried reaching them via their chat support, it just kept me in queue for longer hours but not connecting to the support executive.

                                                    I tried reaching them on +91 [protected] number that was mentioned in their website, only the automated voice keep playing but nobody is speaking on the line.

                                                    I sent an email to [protected]@floweraura.com, i just received below a message,

                                                    "thank you for writing to us.

                                                    As we are experiencing unusual rush due to valentines day, our specialist will be reviewing your request and will send you a personal response within 24-48 business hours.

                                                    Rest be assured, we will resolve the concern to your satisfaction against your ticket (242540).

                                                    You can reply over the same email in case you need some additional information"

                                                      We send the foto album as gift and with in 1 week the foto start fading its color and it become very light in color.

                                                      After complaining to the floweraura.com they denied to provide any service and did not agree to the refund amount.

                                                      There product is of cheap quality and need good action against such companies.
                                                      There customer care is also very unprofessional and believe in arguing. They have called multiple time telling same thing again and again. They do not have any listening skills.
                                                      I have placed order.but i have not received one item.i have did so many follow ups but they have not responded properly.

                                                        I have placed the order on 10 august to deliver 2 rakhi hampers (3595727 order id) worth rs 2000 around for 14th aug. It is not delivered till 26th aug.
                                                        No one from floweraurs or courier service calling/emailing for any reason why order not delivered etc. I am calling every day from 15th - 25th aug. Once or twice in a day to get the reason. On 19 on my call, it is said the address is incomplete... Then my questions are as follow:
                                                        1- if the address is wrong how the address form can be submitted what about form validation for sensitive/important info?
                                                        2- if the address is wrong why courier company/man/floweraura didn't call or email me for any concern or to correct it immediately. What is the purpose of taking phone numbers of the receiver and sender?
                                                        3- 7 days ago (9th aug) i have updated the address and got confirmation from floweraura, still not delivered. My ordered items will be spoiled or loss the fresh taste.. Who is responsible for the annoying and reduces service?
                                                        4-rakhi order to pune[protected]: plants were spoiled/messy i emailed earlier but not received any response from you, also attached pics of those plants in the earlier email.
                                                        Email on 16th it is said,
                                                        "for order id 3595727: it has been reached to the nearest hub. It may be delivered in by today or tomorrow. If you do not want the delivery then please refuse to accept the product. Once it will reach to us we will initiate the complete refund for the same.

                                                        Till 16th, they/you don't know the address is wrong nither from the courier company nor from you report the addressed the issue.
                                                        The customer care representative most often disconnects my call without resolving my issue.

                                                        I am working and don't have time for daily followup for such things. I am paying them higher money for the on-time services than other service provider charging (Ex: amazon).

                                                          Its one of trustable site which i know. I have been using floweraura from last 2 years. But this time had enough. I have ordered rakhi on 12. 8 19. My delivery date was 14.8.19. But my rakhi is not delivered yet. They people only say today i will delivery it. There is no return policy of money. What is this behaviour???.

                                                          Today is 20.8.19. My rakhi is still not delivered. Spoiled my rakshabandhan and as well as my days to call you.
                                                          My id no is 4244836.. I ordered cake with flowers, but got very bad type of cake and that flowers was too withered... For that I spend worth rs 2000... Very poor experience with FlowerAura
