FlowerAura — refund is pending and order not delivered on chosen date.

I had made an order on 11th August 2019 on the site of FlowerAura for Rakshabandhan, so while checking out after making the payment using my debit card there was an error shown and the order was not successful but money had already been deducted from my account. So thereafter I complained about it and availed their customer service in which they assured me that my money would be refunded in the next 48 hours. After that I made the same order which was successful. I waited for 48 hours but no refund was reflected in my account. So after that i wrote a mail to the company but there was no reply to that too. The order that was successful was supposed to be delivered on 15th of August but it was not delivered. I tried to contact the company but nor did their customer service work and neither was their contact number legit. Every time i called it was busy or it was said that it would be connected to an agent but that never happened. So there is no possible way that I can even cancel my order because I can't contact them at all and i would like to cancel my order because it was for the occasion of Rakshabandhan and if the rakhi is delivered the other day then it is really of no value. I am highly disappointed and disgusted at their service. Please do look into this matter since i need my refund and also i wanna cancel my order and want the refund for that too. I have attached some pictures where you can see that the delivery date is "15th August" and also where it has been assured that I will be getting my refund.
