On 16th august 2022 around 1:00 pm, express bee delivery agent comes to our doorstep with a package (OD[protected]. The package was in the name of me Pankaj Kumar. we paid the cash
But later we realized that it was not from any of our account. the delivery agent might have made a mistake
we called the customer care, spoke to an agent, made him understand the situation. And he confirmed the registered phone number which is completely a different account. customer agent denied to help further as it was a COD order and it cannot be returned.
asked for the customer's phone number. so that I can ask him to get his package from me.
But he did not provide due to policies.
asked for the delivery agent's details.(who created the problem)
he was unable to provide as company policy.

I have an unwanted, packed package with me which i did not order and flipkart is not showing any compassion to help me out.
I want flipkart to back the product and refund my money for the same or give me that customer contact number so that I can talk to himher my own.
