On 16th august 2022 around 1:00 pm, express bee delivery agent comes to our doorstep with a package (OD[protected]. The package was in the name of me Pankaj Kumar. we paid the cash
But later we realized that it was not from any of our account. the delivery agent might have made a mistake
we called the customer care, spoke to an agent, made him understand the situation. And he confirmed the registered phone number...

I ordered a laptop from flipkart i got a defected product then i requested a replacement and they are just ignoring it from past 15 days there is no help from customer care they are just telling me to wait nd so on please resolve this issue asap...
