I never had such a horrible experience before. The flight from Mohanbari to Kolkata on 6th June was rescheduled from 2.05 pm to 6.10 pm i.e. delayed for more than 3 hours but that is not the problem. According to the rights of a passenger as per the passenger charter, passengers are entitled to free meals when the flight is delayed beyond 3 hours. But the airline charged us for the meals.
Even the staff wasn't hospitable and after arrival, they also took time to deboard us from the flight.
Overall it was a horrible experience that I never had before and it was faced by many other passengers. Moreover we had to compromise with the right provided to us. Was this information helpful? |
