I booked a ticket from Agartala to Dibrugarh in flybig on 7th December 2022 and the PNR: GUWDKQ. But the flight was cancelled due to operational reason on the mentioned day. But I don't want to reschedule my journey because I had an important work to do on that day in so I had to return. So this was not my fault and your customer representative said that my payment will be refund with full payment whatever I paid for it within 7 days but there is no initiation to refund me till now. One thing more you when I booked then the fare showed 1799 rupees but you are saying now that it was Rs. 1299. I am very disappointed with your service.
