I had ordered Electric Insect and Pest Repellent (EIPR01) from Flyder Info Tech, New Delhi 110018, Customer care Mob# [protected], on 18th March 2018 after verifying the working condition of the machines. The order got delivered on 21st March 2018 vide no.B35787 dt.[protected] as cash on delivery. I had paid 1, 499/- for the same.
The order was handled by the product executive Vishal (Mob# [protected]). He has promised that the product will work efficiently else 100% refund will be provided within 15 days of the receipt of the complaint on inefficient functioning.
The product was just 2 plastic noice making electric instruments of very bad quality and worthless which did not work efficiently at all as supposed to stop mosquitoes, ants, cockroaches, rats, ants etc., from entering the house. I had raised a complaint for which they said that a defective product got delivered and they promised for free replacement and had asked me to continue to use the product for better results. I had waited for one week and the was no news on the replacement or refund. I called their customer service Mob# [protected] and was told that they will process the refund at the earliest and since then they blocked my number so that I cannot follow up with them. Till now there has been no response from Flyder Infotech on the refund of the amount and all my calls are being unanswered by them.
I would like consumer complaints to take stringent action on such errant businessmen who cheat customers with their inefficient and worthless products. I have attached the photo of the same.

We purchased mosquito repellent on 15th Set 2018 ( order no. A46987). They have taken order on phone and next day delivered the material by Cash on delivery through Aramex courier service. It was surprising. They dont take payment by card. The product is making so much noise that a person cannot tolerate more than 5 minutes. How can we use this in a room or house with this level of noise. They have not mentioned anywhere that it creates such a high level noise. It is a great headache and harmful for human being. How can they sell such a product which is harmful for human being. They are saying on their site that it is harmful and will be effective after 7-8 hrs. If we cannot tolerate 5 min. how can we bear 7-8 hrs.

In addition there is no refund policy to sell such type of product. They have no rules and regulation and doing business online and making people fools. They take cash only and dont refund or replace with anyother product. They do not listen to the customers and block their numbers if someone makes complaint.

Company should be banned to sell products which are harmful for human health. Some legal action should be taken against them to cheat people daily. Courier service should be banned to deliver their products.
It is my sincere request do not buy this product. They are making fools. They are giving two machines in rs. 1499 while on amazon, it is Rs 390 per piece. It is such a harmful product and they are selling here and there. Poeple already loading the images and comapny is not responding them. Their compalint should be registered with national consumer forum.

I had purchased a Longines Master collection 980 on[protected], vide invoice E49886 and on arrival it it was not functioning, aswell of a different model.Same problem was reported to Flyder Info Tech and they agreed to solve the issue within 48 hours. There after I was asked to send the copy of invoice through whatsapp. I did the same. There after I have been attempting several time on their customer care no which ended in in vain. Are they another group of online Cheaters?
