Flydubai — Refund and modification of ticket

Hi,
I have booked ticket on 21 September for traveling from Lucknow to dubai,
now i have some changes in plan so I want to travel on 2 oct but this flight was not available on 2 nd October from lko, so i have tried nearby date 4th October and i am socked to see they are charging more than 90% of my ticket value as penalty charges, even my initial travel date is around 60 days, changing date or cancelling it before 60 days still airline charging 90% of amount as penalty is something not customer friendly .
even fly dubai staff are not responding properly on this, i feel cheated and helpless as customer .
