Hi,
I have booked ticket on 21 September for traveling from Lucknow to dubai,
now i have some changes in plan so I want to travel on 2 oct but this flight was not available on 2 nd October from lko, so i have tried nearby date 4th October and i am socked to see they are charging more than 90% of my ticket value as penalty charges, even my initial travel date is around 60 days, changing date or cancelling it before 60 days...

I would like bring into your notice that there was an incident of lost or stolen items from my baggage which was also found to be damaged at Dubai Airport on 22/02/2017 morning 3.00am . I was traveling in Fly Dubai from Karachi to Dubai Flight N. FZ-330, seat N. 14A .

The baggages' total weight was 30 kg at the time of Boarding/checking at Karachi Airport & found to be 28 kg at the time we reported the incident.
