Flyopedia a fraud travel agency . The travel agent Vikrant bhatt is a cheater . He booked my following tickets :I’m a mother traveling with a toddler . Friday 12 November 2021 Air India AI 102 Departure 12 November 12:30 PM New York, (John F Kennedy Intl) Terminal: 4 Arrival 13 November 12:40 PM Delhi Saturday 13 November 2021 Air India AI 451 Departure 13 November 02:30 PM Delhi, (Indira Gandhi Intl) Terminal: 3 Arrival 13 November 04:35 PM Vishakhapatnam Just because we are international passengers he is thinking we won’t do anything and keep quiet . I[censored] see the tickets from Delhi to Visakhapatnam the transit time is just 2 hrs . In spite of reminding him that I need to collect my luggage and go through the customs, he kept on repeating that it is not required and assured me that I just need to go through immigration at Delhi airport even though I told him that I spoke with the air India staff. He just kept on saying it no needed until the time I boarded my flight . I have been flying abroad several times so I know the rules . But he kept on saying that rules changed during covid . I was traveling with a toddler and I didn’t want to book with Air India but he kept persisting us to do so . He told us that the flight is just 50’% occupancy where as the reality is it’s 100 % occupancy .He didn’t prep us for the inflight services even though I kept on asking him . He had tie up with Air India to extort money from us . A scam is happening at Delhi airport where air India passengers are compelled to shelve more than 100 dollars to catch the next flight in 2 hrs . It was a horrible flight experience with Air India . No proper covid guidelines were followed in the flight. I’m going to report to the airport authority of India on Air India and flyopedia how women traveling alone with toddlers and old people are soft victims and made to pay money in dollars or rupees to catch the next flight .I already paid a huge amount for the ticket and again to catch my next flight obviously I don’t want to miss my flight . Air India is the worst airline I have traveled . Never in my life I had such a bad experience. Me and my toddler had different seat numbers . Is Air India so pathetic that they donot even care for their travelers .I want to file a complaint on flyopedia for scamming me and to take action on Vikrant bhatt who is lying to people . We want a safe and comfortable journey not a nightmare .thank Was this information helpful? | |||
