Ticket changes
It happened twice with me. First time I requested Manav to change my return ticket and i was told to pay $400 and after a week i asked for confirmation and that time they told me to wait for one day. This wait for one day thing continued for a week. Every time asked for confirmation they told me to wait for one day. Then I asked for refund that i paid for ticket change and same thing happened again (wait one day). I received my refund after 23 days.
Second time when I again asked for change my ticket. Exactly same thing happened. They didn't changed my ticket and still not returning my money. The worst thing is now they are not even answering the text or call. Exactly opposite behaviour to when I booked the ticket. No seriousness in any employee i talked to Nitin, Manjit and Manav none of them solved any single issue. If they are not able to change my ticket just return my money. There is no need of wasting their and my time. Kindly please resolve this.

I have booked an Air India flight through FLYOPEDIA Agency, Ref number: 2MI9DU on 26th OCT from Toronto to Hyderabad via Delhi. Flight got cancelled because of some technical issue, hence I asked to cancel the ticket through Air India customer care and asked for the refund. Hence refund was initiated on 28th OCT and was told me that by 20 days I would be getting the refund via Agency with NIL cancellation charges as it was INVOLUNTARY CANCELLATION.br...

I have booked Air India flight through Flyopedia agency, on 28th OCT from Toronto to Hyderabad via Delhi. Flight got cancelled because of some technical issue, hence i asked to cancel the ticket through Air India customer care and asked for the refund. Hence refund was initiated on 28th OCT and was told me that by 20 days I would be getting the refund via Agency with NIL cancellation charges.
Ref number: 2MI9DU
Total amount i have paid : 1790 CAD, where as clearly the ticket price is 1221 CAD, i got the refund from AIRLINES. The remaining amount which was done as the split transaction from Agency i.e.,
CAD 360+ CAD 208.34, i have to receive this amount.
I have been fighting with the Agency Guys Manav & Nithin since 40 days, I have received only the partial amount of the refund. I have contacted the Flyopedia agency and they have informed me saying that the remaining amount will be refunded via Airlines itself. But as per yesterday's conversation with this agency guys they are saying that the remaining amount i.e., $360+$208.34 is TAXES & FUEL CHARGES and they informed me that Air India won't be refunding the Tax and Fuel charge. When the flight has only been cancelled, why do you charge for TAX & FUEL? Could you please help me to understand this clearly. These people are just fooling since 40 days, could you please look into the issue asap and solve.

Flight Cancellation
I am not happy with the Service of Flyopedia and will not be booking any tickets from them in the future. The airline cancelled our flight for operational reasons and told us to contact our travel agent to amend our booking or arrange for a refund. We contacted them and they said to wait for 24 hrs and we would be provided answers. I waited for 24 hrs for my booking Cancellation and refund but still, I didn't get any proper reply from them. Mr. Eshant informed me that his Supervisor Mr. Nitin will give you a reply about my case. Now I have to wait for more. I also asked them to provide me with proof of Cancellation and Refund but Didn't give me any Proof. I do not recommend it.

credit card payment and refund process
This is the worst airline agency, if you find a deal better than they provided, they will ask the flight info. Once you provide the info they will block that airlines ticket and make us fool telling prices are showing high on their end, we refresh the page, it will start showing high.
Same thing happened to me for two flights on two different days with two different agents.
They will force us to book flight with them.
Once you end the call and check the same flight after 1 hour, we will find the same deal still available.
They do not have 24 hours cancellation policy. Once we asked for the cancellation they will ask for 50% (Within 24 hours), finally they asked for 500$ for cancellation that too with in 24 hours.
Payment method is not a secure way.
They will ask us to send in an email the picture of card with covering first 12 digits, even though we have you provided the in the format they asked (I am not sure how much secure it is).
On top of if we have to send an photo copy of our dl.
Don't book with these (Flyopedia) agents.

International air ticket

I booked a one way ticket from san francisco to mumbai for me and my family. I booked the ticket on phone with a representative. She missed some crucial details and booked the tickets. When i reached airport i was denied boarding because the flight was via london and my usa visa was expiring, i was not aware that i need a valid visa to transfer flight at london. I went through severe mental torture but these guys did not help and promised me a full refund. I had to wait for 3 more days and then i booked another ticket at almost double price.
After coming back to india i kept sending emails and talked on phone several times but these guys just kept giving me false promises of full refund. The airlines refunded just 40% of the ticket price and flyopedia was supposed to give me the rest 60% but they kept playing with me and then finally stopped responding.
These guys are cheaters, they show a usa address in their contacts but i am pretty sure that they run their business from india. These kind of companies play with people's trust.
I am planning to file a lawsuit against them in the court o[censored]sa. This company must be tought a real tough lesson.
