Flyrobe — Customer care, product paid, never delivered, no refund

Order with Flyrobe MBR184306

My name is Timothee HUSSON. On the 14th of February 2020 I placed an order with Flyrobe for 5 garments to be delivered on the 20th of Feb 2020 and paid for them by card for a total of INR 25595. Out of these 5 garments 3 were cancelled by Flyrobe, I was supposed to receive a refund for INR 13597 within 15 days. I never received this refund to date despite many promises via emails, calls, whatsapps, etc of refund from them since then! They blamed it on tech issue, on a restruturation within the company, on a delivery issue but the refund was never proocessed.
Two garments were delivered they were supposed to be picked up on the 23/02/2020, but they never were. Those two garments are still with me. On one of these garments, there was a deposit of INR 3000 which also needs to be refunded.

Flyrobe is a Fraud company (even their website and customer care doesnt work) please don't rent from there you will never get your money back, if you have doubts about my comment just check the Facebook group Fraud flyrobe. Officially there are over 2000 (from their own words in email) customers waiting for refunds, or waiting for their clothes back! This experience ruined my wedding.

I can share the full copy of the email exchanges, whatsapp chats, and phone call records if necessary.
