Flyrobe — Money not refunded

I had placed 2 orders with flrobe (Aark world pvt. Ltd.) on 26-nov-19 and 30-nov-19 for inr 21, 000 and inr 13, 814 respectively.in january, 2020 i was informed that my second order worth inr 13, 814 is cancelled due to unavailability of the product and the refund would be completed within 14 days from then. My second order was delivered on 13-feb-20 and was picked up on 18-feb-20. The rental for the second garment was inr 12, 000 and the security deposit was inr 9, 000. Ideally, inr (13, 814 +9000) should have been refunded to me by end of february. However, i kept on calling the team / customer care and they assured that they would refund the money by mid-march. It is september now and i have not received any money from them till now. They are refusing to refund my money back and say that the "management" is going to reach out to me - but unfortunately no one ever from the senior management team called me back to resolve my issue. Their promises are fake and ms. Anchal saini was supposed to look into this matter personally - but i have not heard anything favourable from her yet. They have been harassing me to get my own money back from them and are proposing obnoxious solutions. Ideally, they should be paying me back the principal+interest for the past 7 months. But they have no intention to resolve this matter.
