Flyrobe — refund not received for cancellation

I have ordered a product from flyrobe company and then after i cancelled it because of size issue and then after i requested to flyrobe company for refund but they are not providing me refund of my money it is been 1.5 months since i've not received my money and the company is not responding my phone calls
