There was a flight ticket booked on dated 27-Dec-2015, using site Flywidus.com
whose id is FB2712S3XLXD and respective amount (INR 7610) got deducted. Even after deduction of amount from my account, ticket was not confirmed.
After that I got a phone call from Flywidus' customer care and they told that ticket fair got increased, and to confirm the ticket needs to pay extra amount which was around INR 3, 000/-.
I was not willing to pay this extra amount and asked to cancel and refund the amount which was deducted from my account.
Flywidus' customer care people told that it will get refunded within 2 days(i.e.
30th Dec 2015). But since I did not got my amount back in my account
till 3rd Jan 2016, I called to customer care and asked about the
status of refund process, then they told "In another 2 days you will
get amount back in your account".
But till 7th Jan 2016 I did not got my amount and then I suspect that Flywidus voice call customer care people misleading the customer, so I thought to send an e-mail to Flywidus' customer care. So, on 7th Jan 2016 I sent an email stating the issue and asked to specify refund date.
I got a reply with their words "Sorry for delaying in your refund, you will receive your refund with in 02 working days".
Till 11th Jan 2016 I did not got amount, so I replied again asking about the date of refund. After that no response/email from customer care people.
I put up a reminder on 12th Jan 2016. But I never got any reply from flywidus' customer care end. Was this information helpful? |
