I am writing this full of anger and frustration because my wife's Birthday cake order was not delivered, though the order was accepted and confirmed by FnP team. I had guestes at my place and it was very embarassing to make excuses, that why cake was not delivered?. I spoke to few of the customer service agents and they were also not able to help.
Order summary :- I placed 2 orders on March 31-2023. Out of 2 one was delivered and i recived a proper message of the deliver packet. (Delivery boy details). For 2nd order there was no message and I didn't receive any call from any one.
Your team made a manual updation that delivery attempt was made, but that is absolutely wrong. I requested to help me with the delivery boy details and i will co-ordinate with him directly, but all i got in return was "all excuses". I paid you all in advance and also night charges as well.
This was the last time I used your pathetic services. You and your team is worst in the market. You please stop folling people and be real and say truth. My evening was spoiled in front of so many people and that is only because of FnP.
My advise is that you should stop fooling people. I dont need this order now. Kindly, get my money back into my account or else i will take it to the consumer court.
Poor staff and worst experience. I am going to put this on FB, Instagram, Twitter and on Linkdn as well.
