In reference to order#30062233, the product remains undelivered, and no
redelivery was attempted.
The email says FnP will attempt a redelivery if I respond within 2 hours and
I did it within 1 hour. (Email for proof)
When I contacted your support for the same, I get to be told the below things -
1. "Your order has been delivery attempted because the recipient is not
available."- WHY WAS IT NOT REDELIVERED when I responded in an hour.
2. "Apologies cancellation is not possible and our team has shared you
email regarding the same."- I have not received any email post my reply
to your email.
3. "We would like to inform you that we have checked with our Delivery
Team regarding your order. A delivery was attempted due to recipient's
number is not provided and as per security person recipient was not
available as the location, because of which the order could not be
delivered. "- Phone number was provided. What lies are you telling the
customer?
4. In your apparent second email which I never received, but your
representative shared on chat. it says "Ferns N Petals will be able to
attempt delivery of your gifts only ONCE. " - It is opposite to what
your above email says. *How can you change your stance in one hour or
whenever you claim the second email was sent out?*
These are blatant lies.
It was my dad's 60th birthday and YOU GUYS RUINED IT.
And to top it off, you guys are refusing to cancel and refund.
