I placed an order for a Cake Delivery to my friend's address for her wedding anniversary - order No 63239241 on 20th june around 2 pm. I had ordered last year also and it was delivered to the same location without any issue. As till 7 pm, the cake was not delivered, I called the FnP customercare to remind about the delivery. I am writing this full of anger and frustration because my wife's Birthday cake order was not delivered, though the order was accepted and confirmed by FnP team. I had guestes at my place and it was very embarassing to make excuses, that why cake was not delivered?. I spoke to few of the customer service agents and they were also not able to help.

Order summary :- I placed 2 orders on March 31-2023....

I have ordered a personalized rotating mini lamp from FNP. It was delivered to me on 13th February but it was defective. From that day only I was trying to connect with their customer support but I am unable to connect with them.

I ordered total 3 pack of Cadbury Silk.
2 Cadbury Silk Pack with Red Velvet Cake and 1 Cadbury Silk Pack with Red Rose Bouquet but received only 1 pack of Cadbury silk with cake and 1 pack with Bouquet. Order costs total Rs 3103. In reference to order#30062233, the product remains undelivered, and no
redelivery was attempted.
The email says FnP will attempt a redelivery if I respond within 2 hours and
I did it within 1 hour. (Email for proof)

When I contacted your support for the same, I get to be told the below things -

1. "Your order has been delivery attempted because the recipient is not
available."-...

This complaint is regarding Order number: 8735930, in which the cake was stale and led to severe food poisoning. Because of that my niece was hospitalized and had to undergo emergency medical help and is still recovering. She had to miss her 12th pre-boards exams due to food poisoning, which led to mental trauma. Attached are the snap of the cake from Which only a single slice was eaten and also the medical bills as proof. Immideately, I gave feedback on their website & spoke to their staff, but didn't get any response yet.

I placed an order for Rakhi (OR 9816349) to be delivered in Gurgaon on 4th Aug 2014 and mentioned the delivery date of 6th Aug 2014. Till date, i, e. 11th Aug 2014, the order had not been received. Rakhi was on 10th Aug. The purpose of the parcel is gone now. Multiple times i have called FnP but every time they say it will be delivered in a few hours. But ofcourse, it is not done.
