Greetings,
Dear sir/madam,

I have ordered a back case cover from fonokart app with order number 17919 on 12th october and paid money online. After that i didn't receive any updates of product so i tried to mail them, but their mail is not found and it is probably wrong address. Kindly help me get my money back and make people aware that this is a fraud. I tried another mail address and also tried a few ways where i can contact them. It is also not showing the status of the delivery. How should i find this company and get my money back?

I've ordered one back cover from FONOKART and the website is totally fraud. The size of the back cover was too small to fit in the mobile phone and the cover was so dirty to use. i called them multiple time but no response from them. i need my money back as i paid 400 rs for it.
