Fonokart — wallet money is not accessible | |||||
I had ordered a RedMI Note 5 case which was much bigger than the phone. I informed the customer care service and after a lot of follow ups they sent me a replacement of the case which was exactly the same size as the previous one. On complaining again and again a round of follow ups I got the money refunded back to my account wallet. But shockingly whenever I'm trying to order using the wallet money I'm getting the error "There are no shipping methods available for your cart or address". I informed this to the customer care but the person asked me to share my ID and Password (which is totally unacceptable) so that they can order on my behalf. But I didn't agree to it. Then I was asked to wait for an hour until the issue gets resolved. It didn't get resolved yet. Please help me get my money back. Was this information helpful? | |||||
