I had ordered a RedMI Note 5 case which was much bigger than the phone. I informed the customer care service and after a lot of follow ups they sent me a replacement of the case which was exactly the same size as the previous one. On complaining again and again a round of follow ups I got the money refunded back to my account wallet. I have made an online payment for 3 mobile covers of rs. 895 on 2nd September 2018 i havent received any order id nor any mail regarding my order . The amount has also been deducted from my account. I have been calling customer care number since then no response from their side even i mailed my query to their mail address no response recieved .
Kindly let me know the order id number and also if i am recieving my orders or not if not...
