Food Bazaar — rats in the store

Store location: masjid banda, botanical garden, kondapur hyderabad
We are regular customer to the store but experience is very as we see rats in the store. My kids are really scared and do not want to enter the store. Also some times seal is open for some items and frozen section filled with too many items.
