Food Darzee — Contest enrolment, and was denied

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!
We participated in the contest where you can get a month subscription free if you lose 5kgs. My husband lost the 5kgs in one month but they denied the free month to him. Why? 1) He was told “Your video isn’t clear enough” But, the Fooddarzee nutritionist responded “thank you” when the video was sent to them. And then NOTHING, until 4 weeks later we conveniently hear about the lack of clarity of the video. 2) Husband was called and told by the co-founder “Your weight loss isn’t showing much in the images so it will look bad for my marketing and I have to think about my customers” ARE YOU KIDDING!? WE ARE YOUR CUSTOMERS! And we are waiting to hear back from this guy, but... yep, you guessed it, NOTHING! Frustrated because we will only accept what was due to my husband. He participated fair and square, he worked hard and it’s terrible of your company to threaten to take back a promise based on your own technicalities.

We wrote this on social media and instead of bettering things, we got a message from the cofounder, after offering 15 days free instead of the promised 30 days. He takes it back a second ago and says “we have now been informed that you have bad mouthed us on social media. So we will not be providing any service”

I paid 30, 000 rupees and should have got 30, 000 worth of food free for a month. I want these guys to pay and not be allowed to treat honest people this way.
