After multiple issues with their service like:
1. Not getting 1 meal for a day which was not compensated
2. Getting wrong order multiple times
3. Getting hair in food
4. Not providing invoice until asked
I asked them to cancel the subscription and send me confirmation.
First they agreed to do it now they are saying no confirmation will provided.
Refund not initiated, no email or even message...

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!
We participated in the contest where you can get a month subscription free if you lose 5kgs. My husband lost the 5kgs in one month but they denied the free month to him. Why? 1) He was told “Your video isn’t clear enough” But, the Fooddarzee nutritionist responded “thank you” when the video was sent to them. And then NOTHING, until 4 weeks later we conveniently hear about the lack of clarity of the video....
