Food Darzee — Not refunding my subscription after multiple messages and calls about cancellation

After multiple issues with their service like:
1. Not getting 1 meal for a day which was not compensated
2. Getting wrong order multiple times
3. Getting hair in food
4. Not providing invoice until asked
I asked them to cancel the subscription and send me confirmation.
First they agreed to do it now they are saying no confirmation will provided.
Refund not initiated, no email or even message confirmation.
