On 3rd of January i applied for food license on the website and within 10 days i cancelled the application. My cancellation request was accepted and i was told that i would receive the refund amount within 15-20 days. After that time frame i was continuously asking for the status of my refund and they never provided the details, in the month of May i received an email that a refund of 20% amount was initiated but i have not received that too by today. I enquired why were they charging so much but they never gave adequate response in addition to this i have also been asking about the receipt and any additional detail where was 80% of the amount been used.
They just keep on delaying the matter and never provide any detail about the refund or the receipt etc. Was this information helpful? |
