On 3rd of January i applied for food license on the website and within 10 days i cancelled the application. My cancellation request was accepted and i was told that i would receive the refund amount within 15-20 days. After that time frame i was continuously asking for the status of my refund and they never provided the details, in the month of May i received an email that a refund of 20% amount was initiated but i have not received that...

They have fraud me by charging 3400/- rs license fees for FSSSAI License. They depicted same website as govt official website and charged amount wrongly....

They have taken my 2000.rupees for one year and now they are asking for 5000 rupees more...
