Food — Paid Food amount but not received food and water

My ticket was HWH to TATA train 🚆 no 12222 Pune Duranto Exp.
I have paid Non Veg food during ticket booking but when reaching tata food person came with food also not provide water
Like this going in post paid service in Indian Railways
Be careful every one actually this people are trying to cheating
