Domino's Pizza India (Jubilant FoodWorks Ltd.) — Against the Terms and Condition of Company for Product delivery : My order delivered after 1 hours and 45 minutes

My concern is regarding order number 769
Invoice Number : DPI65955/12-13/140758

I have placed my online order at 8:42 pm , at 9:32 pm I have received a call from dominos Saket and they straight way told that they can't deliver at the mentioned address and then after a lot of conversation with Manager , they transfer my order to malviya nagar branch and at 10:35, I received the order. I want to know why this happen and where to lodge the complain.
