I really loved your store when i first visited it and was happy that
we can get western style products in a good hygenic manner in a shop
in Delhi. I got 1kg chicken and was nice.
Yesterday was my second visit and i travel 10km from my house in mayur
vihar to the shop to get good quality chicken. And, i was given a
rotten chicken 850g. I was having a bit of confusion seeing at the
bones when it wasn't cooked. After cooking, and eating it the
confusion proved right that chicken was rotten and old. I feel like
vomiting after eating and the bones are like blackish.
I called up the store to complain and the guy goes...we only order how
much we can sell....that would be fresh which you took from us.
Anyways, very good sales and customer service. you lost a would be
loyal customer..........and how many more.........................

had ordered items from green chick shop Alaknanda, Opp Don Bosco school, GKII today at 6.20 pm today, inspite of repeated rrquest that we have guests cing in d house, we were not delivered the items in time and the delivery was done at around 8:40pm .
The staff at the store has been downright rude and refused to cooperate, even to inform when d product will b delivered,
My cook waited and eventually left... The delivery boy said that he was at the store but the delivery was given to him at 8:30 .. he said, he had no clue if there was an order pending and why would he not deliver if he gets a comission on every delivery...
The lax attitude of the staff is extremely unprofessional...in fact other stores like licious do give us extra benefits either in form of discount or an extra packet of goodies if they are late in delivering or have incurred a mistake in their delivery ...
Green Chick stores on d contrary have a very high handed attitude and have no concerns about their customers..
Would appreciate if some stern action is taken on it ..
