This is to bring to your urgent attention that green chick chop sant nagar branch is delivering chicken which rotten.
I live in Police colony, sant nagar extension, Burari. I’ve been a dedicated client to one of your branches located at Sant nagar, Burari.
I’m unwell and have been asked to take protein rich diet and therefore keeping safety in mind specially during predicament, I confidently placed my order at my favourite shop.
I placed my order around 6:45pm today I.e. 5 June 2021 for 2 kg chicken with bones and half kg boneless chicken.. while placing my order, I requested the seller to send me fresh chicken as I’m unwell and have stomach bug.
At around 7:35pm, delivery boy Rudra brought my order Which costed me 756 rs. I asked him twice wether the meat is fresh or not. He confirmed that the items are all fresh and just got delivered from the main store. When He left, I opened the packet to cook my dinner and what I witnessed was disgusting. Meat was all rotten and frozen to ice.
I’m so shocked to see the quality and the audacity of the shop owner to lie and sell rotten item.
When I called the shop and complained about the items received, shop owner did not even apologise for the blunder and for the lie instead he said I’ll send my guy and we will take it back.
I want district action to be taken against the shop and the owner for playing around with people’s health specially during this corona time. I’ll take this case to consumer coat if no action is taken against them.

Updated by neeraj gohar आज मैं ग्रीन चिक चॉप से चिकन खरीदने गया था इन्होंने जो स्टाफ रखा हुआ है जो लड़का चिकन काटता है और जब Biiling करता है उसे बात करने की बिल्कुल भी तमीज नहीं है मैंने उनसे बोला कि मुझे 500 gram चिकन चाहिए तो एक लड़के ने फ्रिज के अंदर से चिकन की पैकिंग निकाली और बोला कि 800 ग्राम का है सबसे कम ही ले लो पर मैं बोला कि मुझे तो सिर्फ 500 ग्राम ही चाहिए उस लड़के ने एक leg piece काट दिया फिर दोबारा वजन किया तो 600 ग्राम आया कहने लगा कि इससे कम नहीं हो पाएगा पर मैंने बोला कि मुझे तो सिर्फ 500 ग्राम की ही चाहिए तो वह बोला कि इससे कम नहीं आएगा मैंने बोला कि मैं जितना मांग रहा हूं मुझे उतना ही दो तो उसने दोनों leg piece निकाल दिया मैंने बोला कि तुम से कम एक लेग पीस तो दे दो जिसकी जगह तुम गर्दन और बाजू या सीने का बीज निकाल लो पर लड़का बोलता है कि लेना है तो लो वरना कहीं और से ले लो मैं बोला कि आप ऐसी बात क्यों कर रहे हो तो इतने में बिलिंग काउंटर पर बैठा लड़का बोलता है आपको लेना आधा किलो है पर आप बात इतनी कर रहे हो मैंने उससे बोला मैं तुम सब के साथ ही ऐसा व्यवहार करते हैं स्पेशल मेरे साथ ही ऐसा कर रहे हो तो इतने में वहां मौजूद तीसरा उन्हीं के स्टाफ का लड़का बोलता है कि भाई आपको आधा किलो चिकन लेना है पर आप इतनी बातें कर रहे हमारा और अपना टाइम खराब कर रहे लेना है तो लो वरना जाओ तो मैंने उन लड़कों से पूछा कि तुम्हें जॉब करते हैं तुम्हारी खुद की शॉप है तो उन्होंने बोला कि हम यहां जॉब करते हैं उन्होंने बोला कि क्यों क्या हमारी कंप्लेंट करोगे मैंने बोला हां बोलते हैं कि कर देना किसके पास टाइम इन तुम्हारी कंप्लेंट बढ़ने का और कौन क्या करेगा हम देखते हैं
तो मैंने वहां से bill liya और मैं आ गया पर मैं सबको यही सलाह देना चाहूंगा कि आपको चाहे कहीं से भी चिकन खरीदना पड़े पर आप कभी भी 169 /11 शिवपुरी ओल्ड रेलवे रोड गुड़गांव हरियाणा GST NO = 06AADFU6919M1ZO
