Yo China — Service tax is on the service charges

I and my friend went for dinner to yo chaina at sec-29 gurgaon.
Once we got the bill we were just going through the taxes and the extra charges on it.
Then we realized that the service tax was charged on the whole amt. Rather it should be only on the service charges.
We asked for the manager there,and reply we got from the manager was the he dint knew any thing and that's their format. We were shocked by the ans we got. There was no proper explanation for it.

We were really disappointed by the service and the response we got.

So I request you all to plzz let me know what action can be taken on it.
I have the bill and payment slip with me for reference as well.
