I have been a regular customer of yo china . Though the products are priced high still i recommend eating your food . But today the mushroom which i got was completely rotten one and i have told the manager many times to see tout bjt he ignores ky complaints . The food quality is worst. Please deal with it ....

Hi, we were a party of 8 adults (one a 95 year old vegetarian lady) and 2 kids (2 more were a toddler and an infant) who had visited yo China south sarania Guwahati. At the waiter's insistence, we had ordered the buffet. I was the host and I wanted the less pricey buffet but the waiter said the costlier one would be better since it had more items. This is to inform you that today i had food at yo china at huda city centre southern court, gurgaon.in the food there was hair and the chicken drumsticks were not fried properly. My bill number is b011462. I want a resolution of this problem as soon as possible. The yo china team should visit and do some auditing of the place, processes and people before finalizing the location. It is pathetic that such food is being served by them....

Tonight we went out to eat at yo china sector 9 chd. We had a few overseas friends and kids with us. Kids were very excited to have dumplings. The moment dumplings were served one of the inquisitive kids suspected something in the filling of a dumpling. To our utter surprise we found a dragonfly in it. We brought it to the notice of the manager but he didn’t show much concern except saying sorry.

I had a very horrendous incident yesterday at yo! China counter, novelty mall, pathankot. I visited the place with my colleague from delhi. I ordered for one veg manchurian fried rice and one noodle with chilly paneer hoping to be tasty chinese food. 2. Total food bill came inr 1353 /- inclusive of service charges also.
3. We paid bill cash but later came to know that it included service charges.
4. We request to waive service charges but they refused (Mr. Mahesh sharma). They said we should inform them before making the payment.

I ordered noodles and dimsum from yo! China hoping to be tasty. But it didn't even come near to tasty it's disgusting. I am food lover i never complaint even once. Yesterday i ordered chicken hakka noodles for my children. But believe me it was non tolerable. The noodle was so sticky and smelling rotten.
At the time of ordering itself i told them that this order is specially for the children. So please do maintain the quality of the food. But they don't.

First they sent wrong order.. Then they sent replacement with uncooked chicken. It was raw inside all the way.. and the curry was spicy enough to be a Mugalai dish instead of Chinese. Yo China is a shame to Chinese food and their food quality is below acceptable level. They should be shut down for serving uncooked food to consumers.

We ordered paneer chilly dry, as we r pure vegetarian..
while eating we realised that we are eating sumthing else..coz it looked like unfresh paneer.. and it was chicken chilly.. no one can recover what has happened.. but i dont want to let it go..it is a very big thing for any vegetarians.
we want yo china to pay us for the loss.. not, because our loss ll be recovered but to make yoyu realize that it is not just a wrong food.....

How can someone charge VAT on Service Charges. VAT should be charged on food items that are processed ( Value Addition ). Why on Service Charges of 10%. This is how they are looting thousands of People. Please correct it....

1. Service charge should be effectively 5.6% of the bill which is 14% of 40% of the total bill, as per Finance Ministry. 2.Also if you charge that much, there is a flaw in the calculation by 1-1.5%, which I am sure is intentional. Once we got the bill we were just going through the taxes and the extra charges on it.
