Foodebaba — order id: fb11976 not delivered

I placed an order for some food items on foodebaba.com but have not received any update on the same.

Amount: rs. 1200/-

We tried calling their customer care number but didn't get any response. We have also written to their mail id, but haven't received any revert.

We have already made the payment. Is there any way to have this payment reversed.
