Dear Sir, I Ankur Jain I had placed order of brijwasi laddoo 1 kg from foodebaba portal on date 13 may 2019 and i have made the payment from phonepe app vide transaction id- Icibd2d8ed794524a04b78edceb16254877. Then i had got a tracking number fb12364 after booking, but the tracking number is not showing on the portal. So help me to refund my payment asap....

I ordered sweets FB12073 on 29 mar and asked for priority delivery by paying rs 70 extra but have not received the delivery yet. Their customer care number is incorrect and no response on mail too. On tracking tge order theough tack ordernlink on their website it gives error.
I m sure it is a fraud company.
I am worried my bank detsils are with them. Hope they will not misuse it or do any transactions without me knowing. Any...

We tried calling their customer care number but didn't get any response. We have also written to their mail id, but haven't received any revert.

We have already made the payment. Is there any way to have this payment reversed....

Ordered for sweets from brijwasi wide order no. FB11619 was confirmed by them via mail after receiving payment through internet but no news about the order till date. Could not reach foodebaba on customer helpline nor the ho numbers are working. Looks like it is a fake site just collecting money by cheating customers online.Such websites should be banned or strict action should be taken against them so no more public is cheated this way....

I ordered motichoor laddoo from banarasi misthan bhandar, kanpur, but neither it's getting dispatched nor getting any message from them. I have paid the complete amount of 500rupees. I just got this message on my mobile. "Dear Customer, ur order has been confirmed with the Order Number: FB9437. we shall intimate you as & wen ur order is dispatched, Thank you for shopping with us."...

Please do not order... Try calling their customer care and speak to the person before you order and you will realise that they dont have customer care but only automated voice. They wont reply to your mails. I have been trying to reach out to them since two months but they wont respond. Wonder how such fraud website is not legally penalised. Hope justice prevails and they are banned from collecting money and not delivering products...

Foodebaba seems to be a fake site. One can place order and loose your money without receiving the product or even getting a response from custmer care. No one responds to mail and the ivr just gets disconnected before you can drop a message. I had placed the order of sweets for someones bday, ruined event ruined surprise.
A company and a bunch of people, readily available to fool you.
High time we have regulations...
